This notice describes the Praxenor website and its interactive demonstration. It does not describe a separate production Veristade service.

Praxenor operates this informational website. For questions about your information, use the privacy-request option in our contact form.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message, with an optional company name. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss your request. The form does not automatically enroll you in marketing.

Where an inquiry goes

The public website is hosted by Netlify. Inquiries submitted here are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and sent as email notifications to the website owner’s Gmail mailbox so we can respond. Netlify and Google process this information as service providers. We do not connect this form to a CRM or marketing list. See Netlify’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for information about their services.

Downloaded file previews cannot send inquiries; saving a draft creates a text file on your device. Copies running on the included local Node server save inquiries only on that machine and do not email them. The form identifies the active mode before submission.

The interactive demo

The Stillpoint walkthrough uses scripted sample data. Its workflow state stays in page memory while the page is open. Exporting an activity log or sample report creates a file on your device. The demo does not send content to AI providers or access your accounts.

Cookies, analytics, and technical information

This website contains no third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, externally loaded fonts, or marketing cookies. Netlify may process access logs, IP addresses, and other technical information to deliver the website, filter spam, and protect its service.

Retention and access

Inquiry records are accessible through the owner’s hosting account and notification mailbox. No automatic deletion period is configured; records remain until manually deleted. You can request deletion through the contact form. Provider logs, backups, and deletion processing are governed by the providers’ own practices.

Your requests

Use the contact form to ask about an inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion. In a local build, records are managed by the person operating that copy. Applicable rights and verification requirements depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction.
